SKUNKING! This is a problem that, unfortunately, confronts many pet owners. More are sprayed at night, than during the day.

There is not much health risk for your pet, aside from the awful odor associated with a spraying. Sometimes pets may get sprayed in the face. In this case you many want to rinse their mouths or eyes if this is where they were sprayed. Eye irritation can be uncomfortable for pets. If you feel they are still suffering, even after you rinsed, a trip to your vet may be in order.
