GENERAL INFORMATION FOR NEW CLIENTS
- Please bring previous records with you if you are coming from another animal hospital.
- Please remember all pets should be either on a leash or in a carrier for their own safety
- If you are coming in for an annual health exam, please bring a fecal sample, especially if this is a puppy or kitten. All pets over 7 years old should also bring a urine sample.
- Our payment policy is: Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept personal checks with 2 forms of id.
- NJ law mandates that all companion animals have up-to-date rabies vaccines.
- Please call if you will be late or must cancel the appointment.
We are very proud of our facility. Be sure to ask for a tour if you have time and are interested.
