Dr. Elizabeth Griffin

Dr. Griffin is our newest addition to Rutherford Animal Hospital. She earned her Veterinary Medical Degree from Ross University and completed her clinical rotation at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine. 

Dr. Griffin's special interests include general and preventative medicine as well as dermatology and surgery. When not in the office she enjoys spending her time with her fiance, family, and friends.

Nicole Holleuffer

A native of New Jersey, Dr. Holleuffer attended Cook College, Rutgers University and received her B.S. in animal science. She earned her veterinary degree from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Holleuffer retuned to NJ and worked for a year at a companion animal practice before joining the Cats Exclusive Veterinary Hospital and Rutherford Animal Hospital.

Jose Pla

Dr. Pla is one of our Co-Hospital Directora. Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Pla obtained his BS in Science from Penn State University in 1991 and his DVM from Cornell University in 1995. Currently Dr. Pla is pursuing an executive MBA from Rutgers University, a degree he expects to finish in May of 2018. Professionally, Dr Pla places a strong emphasis on client education specifically related to wellness care. Favorite topics include pet nutrition, behavior and senior pet care. He enjoys all aspects of internal medicine, dentistry and soft tissue surgery.

Neal Beeber

Dr. Neal Beeber is a native of New Jersey. He did his undergraduate work at Cook College; a division of Rutgers University. He attended Michigan State University for his veterinary degree. After graduating he did a medical and surgical internship at Oradell Animal Hospital. Dr. Beeber purchased Rutherford Animal Hospital in 1985 and has continually strived to provide the best possible care to his patients.

Claude Dilts

Dr. Dilts grew up in Hunterdon Cty NJ. He worked in a mixed practice for five years while in grammar and high school. Between high school and during his first two college summer vacations, he worked full time on a local dairy farm. Dr. Dilts attended undergraduate and Veterinary school at Michigan State University graduating in 1967. He has been involved with small animal medicine since, with a two year stint in industry in the late 1970's.

Jacquelyn Arns

Dr. Arns is originally from Sussex County NJ, but then spent several years in upstate NY and CT. She graduated from Cornell's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997, and started out working on horses. She quickly moved to small animal practice. She has worked in the NJ/NY metro area since 2000, first in White Plains NY then Crestkill NJ, and now in Rutherford NJ. Dr. Arns enjoys seeing pets of many species including birds, reptiles, and small mammals such as, rabbits and guinea pigs, as well as dogs and cats.

Casey Hoskin

Dr. Casey Hoskin was born and raised in New Jersey. She completed her undergraduate degree at Rutgers University. She earned her Veterinary Medical degree at The Atlantic Veterinary College.

Dr. Hoskin's interests include feline medicine, dentistry, pathology, and surgery. When Dr. Hoskin is not at work she enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with her family, friends, and cats.

Elaina Petrone

Dr. Elaina Petrone originally from New England completed her undergraduate studies at Manhattan College. She majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. After college she went on the earn her degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. After graduation Dr. Petrone completed a one year internship in Small animal Medicine and Surgery at Oradell Animal Hospital in Paramus, New Jersey.
